Principles of Processing Your Data

We operate an e-shop on the website www.beasthy.com. When selling goods and operating our website, we process certain personal data. The processing of personal data is primarily governed by the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR").

Processing of Personal Data in Case of Using the Contact Form

If you contact us regarding our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide, mainly through the contact form. These are personal data including: name and surname, address, email address, information about ordered goods, and phone number.

Why?
We will contact you based on the provided personal data in connection with our product offer.

On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. If you do not provide us with these personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you for the purpose of concluding a contract for the delivery of our goods or provision of our services.

How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your personal data for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were provided, from our last communication.

Processing of Personal Data in Case of Purchase

If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the personal data necessary to ensure the conclusion of a contract for the provision of our goods or services. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, email address, information about ordered goods, and phone number.

Why?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from the contract – delivering goods. Using your contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, potential complaints, or your questions.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, handling complaints, and other).

On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.
If you do not provide us with these personal data, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you for the delivery of our goods or provision of our services.

How long will we process personal data?
During the delivery of goods or provision of services and then for 10 years from the last provision of such services or delivery of goods.

Newsletter (Commercial Communication)

If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not explicitly refused marketing notifications, we will use your email address to send our marketing notifications.

On what legal basis?
This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interests, which include marketing communications targeted at our customers.

How long will we process personal data?
10 years from your last purchase. If you no longer wish to receive our marketing notifications, you can unsubscribe at any time via email or contact us at beasthyy@gmail.com.

II. Who Has Access to Your Data?

Your personal data will remain with us. However, some companies or individuals work for us and have access to your personal data because they help us operate our e-shop. These include:

  • Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin, D02X525, Ireland

  • Google Ireland Limited (registration number: 368047), with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland

  • Based on an intermediary agreement concluded in accordance with GDPR, we provide your personal data to an external accounting company and a web hosting provider and advertising services related to the website.

Your personal data may also be provided to these additional entities:

  • To the extent required by applicable laws,

The GDPR gives you, among other rights, the right to request information about what personal data we process, request access to these data, have them updated or corrected, request restriction of processing, request a copy of the processed personal data, request deletion of personal data in certain situations, and have the right to portability in certain cases. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Office for Personal Data Protection according to § 100 and subsequent of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
