Exchange and Return of Goods

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

After receiving your package, please check the products immediately. The e-shop beasthy.com is not responsible for damage to goods during transport. Later complaints, unless they concern a manufacturing defect, will not be accepted. The warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing errors.

The warranty does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear caused by use, such as material changes or gradual wear (e.g., peeling of logos).
  • Mechanical damage resulting from improper use.
  • Inappropriate storage of the product.
  • Incorrect maintenance and cleaning.
  • Goods for which the warranty period has expired at the time of filing the complaint.

Complaint Rules:

  • File your complaint as soon as possible after discovering the defect to prevent it from worsening.
  • The warranty period is 24 months but does not include natural wear, improper use, or inappropriate maintenance.
  • If you receive incorrect or defective goods, contact us within 5 days at beasthyy@gmail.com.
  • The complained-about goods must be complete, clean, and hygienically safe.
  • We will process your complaint within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Complaint Procedure:

  1. Fill out the complaint form: COMPLAINT_FORM
  2. Send the complained-about goods to the specified return address.
  3. Include a copy of the invoice with the shipment, which serves as proof of purchase and warranty, along with the completed complaint form.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

You can return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Return Procedure:

  • The goods must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Fill out the Contract Cancellation Form and send it along with the invoice (or a copy) to the address specified in the form. - WITHDRAWAL_FROM_THE_CONTRACT
  • You can also send the form by email to beasthyy@gmail.com along with the tracking number for faster processing.

Exchange Procedure:

  • Exchange is only possible for the same model in a different colour or size.
  • The goods must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Fill out the Withdrawal Form and proceed as with returns. - WITHDRAWAL_FROM_THE_CONTRACT
